Srikant C.V. Joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. As Partner In General Corporate Practice
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. has announced the addition of Srikant C.V. as a Partner in the General Corporate Practice.
He will be based out of the Firm’s New Delhi office and will be advising clients on various aspects of general corporate transactions.
Srikant brings over eleven years of comprehensive experience to the firm, specialising in corporate and commercial transactions and advisory matters. His areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital.
Prior to joining SAM & Co., Srikant was a partner at Khaitan & Co
He has completed his BA. LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
