Simmons & Simmons Elevates David McDonald, Adam Wolstenholme And Nine Others To Partnership
The promotions are effective 01 May.
International Law Firm Simmons & Simmons has unveiled its list of Partner promotions comprising 11 lawyers, including David McDonald and Adam Wolstenholme from six countries in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
The promotions reflect last year’s convincing performance of the firm. It covers practice areas including corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, employment, and financial markets. It highlights Simmons & Simmons’ dedication to delivering top-grade client service and fostering innovation.

David McDonald will lead the firm’s Middle East employment practice from Dubai. With expertise in managing employee risk and navigating complex employment disputes, he advises clients in financial institutions, technology, and healthcare sectors.
Adam Wolstenholme advises on complex international financial crime and financial services regulatory matters. Based in Dubai, his defence and prosecution background and in-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern legal landscape, positions him as a trusted advisor in the region’s financial markets.
