Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas welcomes Samridha Neupane as partner
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. ("SAM & Co.") has announced the joining of Samridha Neupane as a Partner in the Projects & Project Finance Practice in its Delhi office.
Samridha has specialization in projects and commercial laws and he has worked on several transactions, including strategic investments, private equity investments, mergers, and acquisitions primarily in the energy and infrastructure space along with projects and construction related documentation and bid advisory and support.
With a vast experience of over a decade, Samridha has developed a strong focus on the renewable and clean energy space, having advised and represented diverse clients including developers, contractors, Indian and foreign investors, regulatory authorities, think-tanks, multilateral institutions, and financial institutions.
Prior to joining SAM & Co., Samridha worked with Saraf & Partners as a Partner in the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI) practice and before that he was working as a Partner in the PEI practice of Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. He has also worked with law firms such as Khaitan & Co. and Tatva Legal.
Samridha is a law graduate from the NALSAR University, Hyderabad and has completed his Masters Degree in International Business Law from National University of Singapore.
