Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas adds Hemant Krishna in General Corporate Practice in Bengaluru
He was previously serving at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan
Hemant Krishna has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the General Corporate Practice at Bengaluru.
Krishna has over 14 years of experience advising on matters pertaining to cross-border acquisitions, fund-raises by tech companies, strategic alliances, licensing arrangements, R&D collaborations, joint ventures, divestitures, outsourcing transactions, regulatory advice, data and cybersecurity diligence, and tech product reviews.
On his appointment, Pallavi Shroff and Akshay Chudasama, the Managing Partners of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas said, “We are delighted to have Krishna on board. His extensive experience in technology law will help broaden our existing scope of work. His addition to the firm will be of great value to harness the potential opportunity that the IT hub of the country can offer. A 2010 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, he specializes in technology, and mergers and acquisitions and is experienced in advising an array of core technology and adjacent businesses in Web3, online gaming, fintech, e-commerce, digital health, and SaaS models.
