Shally Bhasin Moves from Agarwal Law to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Equity Partner
Shally Bhasin with spinning 26 years of experience moves from Agarwal Law Associates to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a Equity Partner to boost Dispute Resolution practice at the New Delhi Office
Shally has enriching experience and has done matters relating to financial services, bankruptcy, infrastructure litigation, environment litigation, white collar crime, telecom, tender related litigation, claims for breach of contract, damages, specific performance and injunctions, writ petitions for enforcement of fundamental rights, amalgamation and demergers and taxation related litigation.
Shally has represented clients in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Delhi, Kolkata, Orissa, Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Allahabad, Chennai and Goa and in several specialized tribunals like TDSAT, NCLAT, NCLT and NGT.
Shally is also an Advocate-on-Record of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India since 2004.
