Shalini Sati Prasad Joins Sharma & Sharma Advocates And Legal Consultants LLP As Partner In Delhi
Sharma and Sharma Advocates and Legal Consultants LLP has recently onboarded Ms. Shalini Sati Prasad as a Partner, strengthening their Disputes Resolution and Arbitration practice in New Delhi.
With over a decade of experience in complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and employment law, Shalini joins from Khaitan & Co Delhi, where she was a Principal Associate in the Disputes Resolution and Employment Benefits Practice.
Shalini, an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women and Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, brings extensive expertise in domestic and international arbitrations, employment advisory, and litigation. Her practice spans across various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi), National Company Law Tribunal (Delhi Bench), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and Arbitral Tribunals (both domestic and international).
Her specialization extends to arbitration, commercial disputes, employment-related litigation, and advisory services, including disputes involving white-collar and blue-collar employees. At Sharma and Sharma, Shalini will collaborate with the existing team in Delhi under the leadership of Mr. Arjun Asthana, enhancing the firm's Employment and Benefits practice.
Sidhartha Sharma, Managing Partner at Sharma and Sharma, expressed excitement about Shalini's addition, stating, "We look forward to having Shalini Sati Prasad aboard to strengthen our existing commercial litigation and arbitration practice. Sharma and Sharma Advocates recently strengthened their disputes practice by appointing Mr. Rishav Dutt as Partner, focusing on expanding their national presence from their Kolkata office.
