Saurav Bhaumik from Khaitan joins Fox & Mandal as Associate Partner

Bhaumik’s speciality is advising clients on the entire range of corporate transactions.

Fox & Mandalhas appointed Saurav Bhaumik as an Associate Partner in Corporate & Commercial practice.

A 2015 law graduate of the National University of Study and Research, Bhaumik obtained his M.Sc. in Law and Finance from Oxford University in 2018. Bhaumik’s

expertise lies in advising clients on the entire range of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, and business and asset transfers, in addition to general

commercial and contractual support. He has worked with clients such as International Schools Partnership Ltd., Qatar Investment Authority, Ford Foundation, Maruti

Suzuki, Mitsui & Co. and Softbank with focus on the education sector.

Previously, Bhaumik worked with the likes of Luthra and Luthra, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co. He was associated with Khaitan for six years before joining Fox & Mandal.
