Saraf and Partners proudly announces the newest addition to its esteemed team, Ramya Suresh, who joins as a Partner specializing in Corporate and M&A practice. With over a decade of invaluable experience in the transactional and advisory realm, Ramya brings her wealth of knowledge to enhance the firm's capabilities in serving multinational clients involved in cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity ventures. Her extensive track record includes pivotal roles in significant M&A transactions spanning diverse industries such as infrastructure, healthcare, consumer products, energy, and financial services.
Before her tenure with Saraf and Partners, Ramya served as a Partner at AZB & Partners and accrued eight years of valuable experience at Trilegal. She earned her undergraduate degree from Amity Law School in 2011 and holds a Company Secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
