Saraf And Partners Bolsters Securities And Regulatory Division With The Appointment Of Abhiraj Arora As Partner
Abhiraj Arora has joined Saraf and Partners as a new Partner in the Securities and Regulatory practice area. Bringing with him over a decade of rich experience, Abhiraj is adept at expertly navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering strategic advice to protect clients within the rapidly changing securities arena. His track record includes advocating for clients across various fora, including the Stock Exchange, SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), the Securities Appellate Tribunal, and various High Courts.
Before his current role at Saraf and Partners, Abhiraj made substantial contributions as an Associate Partner at Economic Laws Practice, following an eight-year tenure at SEBI. His academic journey boasts a law degree from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai.

Abhiraj’s induction into the team expands Saraf and Partners' partnership base to 39, with a total workforce exceeding 250 across its branches in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. This growth reinforces the firm's standing as a leading force in the legal industry.
