Saraf and Partners Bolsters its team with the addition of Dhruv Chatterjee as Partner in Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity practices
Saraf and Partners has added Dhruv Chatterjee as a Partner in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice of the Firm.
Specialising in a spectrum of corporate areas including mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures, private equity, venture capital, and strategic corporate advisory, Dhruv brings with him over a decade of extensive experience and expertise in delivering tailored solutions to clients.
His track record includes advising both international and domestic companies and funds on their investments and a wide range of corporate matters. Dhruv has honed his specialisation in sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, e-commerce, fintech, retail, EV ridesharing, and EV infrastructure.
Dhruv graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2011. Prior to joining the Firm, he was associated with law firms including Trilegal, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Touchstone Partners.
