Saraf and Partners Announces merger with SRGR Law Offices during Holi Celebration
Saraf and Partners organised a Holi Celebration party that brought together over 200 people, including their partners, lawyers, and several members of the American Bar Association. The festivities were further amplified by the exciting news of the merger with boutique real estate law firm, SRGR Law Offices, which was announced during the event.
Saroj Kumar Jha and Ravi Bishnoi, with nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, co-founded SRGR Law Offices in 2009.
As part of the merger, both Saroj and Ravi will join Saraf and Partners as Equity Partners, along with a team of 20 experts in real estate practice.
Saraf and Partners has a comprehensive real estate practice that spans across India and has gained a solid reputation due to its strong relationships with real estate developers and private equity firms. With the merger, the firm's total strength will increase to approximately 200, including 32 partners, across its three offices located in Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
Talking about the synergy, Mohit Saraf, Founder & Managing Partner, Saraf and Partners, said, “We’re pleased to welcome Saroj & Ravi and their team to the firm. SRGR’s deep expertise in real estate will be a valuable addition, and we will be better poised to offer an entire gamut of real estate services from Start to Finish under one roof to our clients.”
Saroj Kumar Jha, Founding Partner at SRGR Law Offices. Commented: “We admire the growth trajectory of Saraf and Partners and believe the firm will grow exponentially in the times to come. SRGR is excited to join hands with Saraf and Partners and be an integral part of their growth story. We are confident that all our lawyers and professionals will thrive in this professional environment and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.”
“Coming from a niche boutique firm and joining a full-service law firm is a very exciting opportunity for us. We believe this synergy will open avenues and accelerate the team’s growth and development. Joining Saraf and Partners will enable us to widen the offerings and provide clients with holistic solutions”, said Ravi Bishnoi, Founding Partner at SRGR Law Offices.
The festivities came to a close with the exciting news of the elevation of partners Sanjeev Sharma, Vikrant Kumar, Bikash Jhawar, Manmeet Singh, and Vaibhav Kakkar to the position of Senior Partners.
