Rimon welcomes Timothy J. (T.J.) Henry as Chief Legal Officer in its New Orleans office
Rimon welcomes Timothy J. (T.J.) Henry as Chief Legal Officer in its New Orleans office
Global Law Firm Rimon has recently announced the appointment of Timothy J. (T.J.) Henry as Chief Legal Officer. Henry will be based out of the firm's New Orleans office. Henry joins Rimon from alternative legal services provider, Sterlington, PLLC, where he was a Corporate Counsel and the VP of Operations and Business Development.
Henry vast experience in legal, financial, and operational capacities, building and leading teams in law and private equity firms. He maintains a passion for helping businesses and clients maximise revenue through practical and commercial legal representation as well as through refined strategy, operations, and M&A activity. He has an extensive background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactional and contractual matters for private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as startups and other private entities. He also has comprehensive experience in the sports law industry having worked with sports agents and NFL and NBA teams, and has served as General Counsel, CFO and COO for many clients.

Henry graduated from Tulane University (J.D., Sports Law, MBA – Finance, and B.S. – Management – Finance and Business Law.)
