Rajeev Mishra joins Link Legal as Dispute Resolution Practice Partner
For over two years, he was working with India Juris
Rajeev Mishra has joined Link Legal’s Delhi office as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice.
With more than 18 years of experience, Rajeev specializes in Criminal Defense, White Collar Crime, Corporate Fraud Investigation, Tax Fraud, Cyber Crime, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Corruption Compliance (FCPA/ UKBA/ PCA), Fraud Risk Management advice, FEMA, and antecedent Litigation & Arbitration advice. He also assists resolution professionals on IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) matters.
Prior to joining Link Legal, Rajeev has worked across various law firms and corporates such as India Juris, MAZARS India, Panalpina World Transport, Boxco Logistics, Phoenix International Freight Services and DB Schenker.
Rajeev’s addition will further strengthen the Firm’s compliance and investigation practice.
Welcoming Rajeev to the firm, Atul Sharma, Executive Chairman stated, “Rajeev’s addition to the firm demonstrates continued growth and ongoing investment of the firm in this practice.”

A 2013 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, he was earlier a Partner at India Juris.
