Prashanth Sabeshan joins Link Legal as partner in Bangalore
He will strengthen the existing robust corporate, renewables, infra and ESG practices
Prashanth Sabeshan, the corporate generalist attorney, has joined Link Legal as a partner at its Bangalore office.
Having 24 years of experience, Sabeshan's expertise lies in general corporate, commercial contracts, infrastructure, construction, electricity, renewables and clean energy, oil & gas, ports, banking and project finance, foreign investments, real estate, regulatory, and policy advisory sectors.
Welcoming Sabeshan to the firm, Atul Sharma, the executive chairman of Link Legal stated, "Sabeshan's addition will further bolster the existing strong practice of the firm in the infrastructure space across all practice areas in this sector."
Commenting on the appointment, Nusrat Hassan, the managing partner said, "Sabeshan will prove an asset to the firm. His experience across all verticals of infrastructure and corporate practice will help the firm in providing strategic and business advice to its clients."
Anand Srivastava, the managing partner added, "Sabeshan's addition to the infrastructure and corporate practice of the firm is another step in the direction of strengthening the already existing credentials of the firm in this sector."

A 1997 batch graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Sabeshan is dual-qualified as an advocate and a (non-practicing) solicitor in India and the UK, respectively.
He has previously worked with law firms in India and overseas, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Majumdar & Partners, AZB & Partners, Argus Partners, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Norton Rose. He also served as in-house senior counsel with MEC Coal.
