Pooranimaa Hariharan Rejoins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas As Partner In Corporate Practice
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has announced the return of Pooranimaa Hariharan as a Partner in its Corporate practice, based out of Bengaluru.
With over 12 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, governance, and business structuring/restructuring, Pooranimaa brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Pooranimaa’s career has spanned diverse sectors, where she has excelled in transactional work and routinely provided counsel on General Corporate compliance under various Indian laws. A 2012 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, she has established a robust professional reputation.
On her rejoining the firm, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, expressed his enthusiasm and said, “I am pleased to welcome her back to the firm.
