Padmini Rathore Joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas As Chief Revenue Officer, Managing Partner Office
Padmini Rathore, the former Chief Practice Officer at Khaitan & Co, has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as its Chief Revenue Officer, Managing Partner Office. In her new role, Rathore will be part of Managing Partner Cyril Shroff's office.
Cyril Shroff expressed his enthusiasm about Rathore's return, stating, "Padmini is returning home. She has a wide range of business skills, and we expect her to make an impact. We are delighted to have her back."
Padmini brings extensive experience, with over 20 years in business strategy, financial management, organizational governance, efficiency management, and marketing communications (branding and PR). She is an alumna of MICA, Ahmedabad, and has an executive program certificate from Harvard Business School in Managing & Transforming Professional Service Firms. Additionally, she is a certified PCC-level leadership coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Her previous roles include positions at Accenture, the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal, and Khaitan & Co.
On her return to CAM, Rathore said, "I am delighted to return to CAM. CAM is a firm that has always been at the forefront of innovation and growth in the legal market. I look forward to contributing to its continued growth and success."
