Nishant Arora joins Kochhar & Co as Partner in Real Estate and M&A Practice
He was previously serving at Lumiere Law Partners
Kochhar & Co has hired Nishant Arora as a Partner in The Real Estate and M&A practice in Delhi.
With over a decade of experience, Arora has substantial transactional and advisory expertise. He assisted domestic and international clients in the real estate and M&A practice and prominent clients on corporate and commercial matters.
Upon joining, Arora remarked, "I am excited to be part of Kochhar & Co, one of India’s leading full-service firms. I very much look forward to working with the firm’s robust team of corporate and real estate practitioners across its pan-Indian offices and Dubai."
He guides clients on all aspects of investments in real estate projects, government and private land dealings, conveyancing, licensing, commercial leasing, due diligence, and title verifications across multiple Indian states, joint developments and constructions, land acquisitions, land ceilings, and land use.
Arora also specializes in corporate transactions, including mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, and exits.
A 2011 graduate of the Bharati Vidyapeeth and a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he worked as a director in the real estate and corporate/M&A practice group of Lumiere Law Partners.
