Nidhi Khadria added to partnership at Lex Consult
She served as the head of legal (India) at Logos Property for four years
Lex Consult has announced that Nidhi Khadria has joined the firm as a partner.
Khadria has significant experience in working with counsel and business teams to facilitate transactions and asset management. She is apt at effectively addressing the nuances of Indian law and market practice on matters including foreign investments, contract law, and land title matters.
On her joining, Naresh Pareek and Majid Afsar Siddiqi, the partners at Lex Consult remarked, “We are thrilled to announce that Khadria has joined our partnership. Khadria is a 2004 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. In a career spanning two decades, she has worked with leading law firms including AZB & Partners and Trilegal. For over two years, she held the position of director legal at Matrix Partners. Until recently, she was working at the warehousing and logistics platform Logos Property.
