MZM Legal Adds Suchorita Mukherjee as CTO and Jay Choksi as Of Counsel
The appointments signify the firm's commitment to innovation and excellence
MZM Legal LLP has announced the appointment of Suchorita Mukherjee as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Jay Choksi as Of Counsel.

Mukherjee is a graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai. She holds an LL.M. from the National Law School of India University and a management degree in finance from the Indian Institute of Finance, Delhi.
She has served in key roles at corporate giants like IBM and WNS and legal startups such as Mindcrest and Bodhi Global. Her tenure at law firms including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas underscores her expertise in optimizing legal processes and driving efficiency for clients across India, the US, and the UK.
Mukherjee’s addition accentuates MZM’s commitment to leveraging technology to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency. With her extensive experience in legal tech and process optimization, she is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the firm's digital transformation initiatives. Her passion for technology, combined with an understanding of legal processes, is likely to strengthen the firm’s capabilities in navigating the evolving landscape of legal services.
Choksi has expertise in diverse legal areas, including real estate, civil litigation, immigration, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.
His proficiency transcends borders, having successfully enrolled as a solicitor and barrister with the Law Society of Ontario, Canada. His addition to the team solidifies the firm’s position as a leading national and international legal industry player.
