Mukund R Srinivas joins actyv as general counsel and legal and compliance head
He was serving as a chief compliance officer at Aon
Mukund R Srinivas, the corporate generalist attorney has joined actyv (actvy.ai), a platform that provides quantifiable benefits to all stakeholders in the Business-to-Business (B2B) ecosystem.
He has more than 24 years of experience in handling diverse functions including cross-border contracts and transactions, M&A, enterprise risk management systems, building & implementation of global compliance programs, corporate governance across petrochemicals, refinery, shipping, telecom, IT & ITeS, and insurance broking.
Commenting on his appointment, Raghunath Subramanian, the founder, and global CEO of actyv remarked, "As we establish ourselves as a global technology provider, it is essential to be conscious of the regulatory frameworks across geographies, which lay the foundation for immediate expansion and growth. With his experience, Srinivas will lead the strengthening of the company's legal framework, compliance, and risk mitigation."

A 1998 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Srinivas was serving as a chief compliance officer and general counsel at Aon. He has previously held the general counsel position at Hinduja Global Solutions, Tattva Group, and Symphony Teleca. He was the vice president and head of legal at IBS Group and Cambridge Solutions Limited.
