Mohit Kapoor moves to SBI Card as executive vice president and legal head

He was earlier working as a general counsel at India Infoline Finance Limited

Mohit Kapoor has recently joined SBI Card as the executive vice president and head of the legal department.

A dual-qualified attorney in India, and England and Wales, Kapoor is skilled in litigation, governance and compliance, and contract management.

A law graduate from the University of Delhi, he possesses diverse experience as an in-house attorney in the banking and financial services industry. Kapoor’s forte lies in corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance aspects of the in-house function.

Previously, Kapoor headed the legal function at India Infoline Finance Limited.
