Mohit Bakshi Joins Head Of Litigation And Dispute Resolution At White & Brief
Mohit Bakshi joins Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at White & Brief
White & Brief announced the appointment of Mohit Bakshi as the Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution for its North India operations. Bakshi, a seasoned legal professional, will operate from the firm’s Delhi office.
Bringing a wealth of experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, Bakshi will lead the firm’s efforts in handling complex legal issues for clients across North India. His leadership is expected to bolster White & Brief’s litigation practice, enabling the firm to cater to the diverse legal needs of businesses in the region.
Bakshi’s extensive expertise spans corporate and commercial disputes, shareholder issues, arbitration cases, white-collar crime, and regulatory matters under key legislations like the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the Food Safety and Standards Act, and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Over the years, he has represented clients from various industries, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, technology, hospitality, and manufacturing, before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and specialized tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, and NCDRC.
Prior to this role, Bakshi served as a Partner at DSK Legal for more than two years and held partner-level positions at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and JSA.
