Mini Gautam joins Indiagold as a General Counsel
She has been recognized as one of India's top 40 lawyers under the age of 40
Mini Gautam, who ran her own corporate law firm, Arthavat Law Offices, has joined Indiagold as a General Counsel. She will be heading and managing the legal department of the firm.
A gold-focused digital alternative credit platform, Indiagold is a unicorn startup, which has received 12 million dollars in funding from Prosus' PayU, Falcon's Alpha Wave Incubation, Better Tomorrow Ventures, 3one4 Capital, and Leo Capital.
Gautam's firm in Delhi advised several startups and foreign companies and worked with leading companies including ITC, L&T Finance, and National Stock Exchange.
Mini also conducts training sessions on prevention of sexual harassment and gender sensitization.
Mini has worked as an in-house legal counsel and advisor for some of the top corporates in India including National Stock Exchange, L&T Financial Services, The Srei Group, Magma Fincorp Limited, ITC Ltd, etc.
She has been associated with and advised various other companies and start-ups in the food, healthcare, digital marketing, and renewable energy sectors on legal, statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements. She is a mentor with various startups incubation centres and a member of multiple business networks in India and abroad.
Her practice areas include M&A and transaction structuring, contracts, data protection and management, real estate, private equity & investments, intellectual property rights, infrastructure & project financing and general corporate advisory.
