Milanka Chaudhury joins Trilegal as Partner in Dispute Resolution Practice
He was earlier working with Dentons Link Legal
Trilegal has announced that Milanka Chaudhury has joined the firm as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice in Delhi.
With over 23 years of experience, Chaudhury specializes in litigation and arbitration in the infrastructure sector. He focuses on the airport industry, particularly disputes related to airport regulations, aircraft lessor, and general aviation disputes for multiple airport operators, before the appellate tribunals and the Supreme Court.
Commenting on his joining, Sridhar Gorthi and Nishant Parikh, the Partners and members of the Management Committee at Trilegal, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Chaudhury to the firm and believe that his expertise and experience will complement the strengths of our existing disputes team perfectly.”
Shankh Sengupta, the Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice at Trilegal added, “Chaudhary is a great fit to our disputes team. A 2000 graduate of the Campus Law Centre, Chaudhury was working as a partner at Dentons Link Legal for over 19 years.
