Media and Entertainment Lawyer Suresh Amesar joins Anand & Naik as a Partner with team
Suresh Amesar, who was previously working as a Partner (Media & Entertainment) at ANM Global has joined Anand and Naik as a Partner and will be working out of the firm's Mumbai office.
Suresh has over 19 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry. He has earlier worked as Senior Director – Legal with Viacom18 Media and also as Legal Executive with The Walt Disney Company India Pvt. Ltd. He has also worked with AZB & Partners at the beginning of his career.
He is the recipient of Legal Era 40 Under 40 Rising Star Awards (2016).
Other professionals including Rachna Vats would be joining Anand & Naik. Rachna would be joining as an Associate Partner.
Rachna has 18 years of experience both as an in-house counsel in the Media and Entertainment (M&E) sector and she has also worked with law firms. She has majorly worked on IP and commercial contracts focussing on the domain of television broadcasting industry, OTT platforms, technology and other digital business. In her last stint, she was running an independent consultancy ‘Vats and Associates’.
