Mayer Brown appoints Paul Rosen in London
Paul Rosen to join as a partner in its Corporate & Securities practice in the Private Equity team of the firm, as announced by Mayer Brown.
He will be joining the new firm from Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP's London Corporate practice where he worked as a partner.
Perry Yam, co-leader of the global Corporate & Securities practice stated, "Paul's extensive experience in leveraged buy-outs, growth capital investments, distressed acquisitions and restructurings will be the pillar of strength to our Private Equity practice. His valuable contribution is highly awaited as he joins our team and develop our presence globally and multiply our PE contribution."
Buy-and-build strategies, working for private equity clients, constitute Paul's strong background. With a large proportion of his work being cross-border, he has performed for a number of private equity-backed portfolio companies and has extensive experience in the mid-market.
Dominic Griffiths, London managing partner said, "Paul will be a valuable addition to our developing Private Equity team as he has strong experience in the Private Equity market. His appointment shows our assurance to growing this practice group further and spreading our client base within the Private Equity market. We look ahead to welcoming him to Mayer Brown."
