Manasi Chatpalliwar roped in by Sim and San
She worked with P&A Law Offices as a principal associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team
The full-service law firm in India and Dubai Sim And San – Attorneys At Law has accelerated its dispute resolution arm by roping in Manasi Chatpalliwar as an associate partner.
On her appointment, Mohit Goel, partner at Sim and San said, "We have been consciously working towards a vertical expansion across our existing expertise and even new practice areas. Dispute resolution remains one of the core fundamentals of the firm across the sectors. I am glad to have Chatpalliwar on board and look forward to her valuable contribution to the firm."

Chatpalliwar acknowledged, "I am genuinely excited and looking forward to this new journey with Sim And San. Chatpalliwar is a 2012 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has an LL.M. in international arbitration and dispute resolution from the National University Singapore (NUS).
With over nine years of experience, she has represented clients across diverse sectors, including automobile manufacturing, international shipping, banking, education, real estate, aviation, and pharmaceutical.
Prior to joining Sim and San, Chatpalliwar was with P&A Law Offices for three years as a principal associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team.
Her core focus areas are commercial disputes, investment treaty arbitration, commercial arbitration, civil disputes, consumer laws, and insolvency laws.
Sim and San had set up its first international office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), in 2015.
Its India office was in Faridabad in the National Capital Region (NCR). Recently, on its 25th anniversary, the firm set up its head office with a completely new system in New Delhi.
