Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has announced the onboarding of Monalisa Kosaria and Saswat Mohanty as Partner Designates in its Dispute Resolution and Capital Markets practices, respectively.

Monalisa Kosaria is an Advocate-On-Record at the Supreme Court of India and an alumna of NUJS, Kolkata. She is a dispute resolution specialist with over a decade of experience. She has worked on several high-stakes and sensitive matters relating to construction, real estate, insolvency, arbitration, tax, mining, food regulation, and elections, with her core expertise in complex commercial disputes. She has also advised new businesses across segments from payment aggregators and gaming to motor vehicle aggregators.

Saswat has over 10 years of experience ranging from regulatory work at NSE to specialising in the full spectrum of equity transactions at CAM and SAM. He has handled many large and complex equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential issues.

He also advises on risk mitigation and compliance frameworks to several corporate houses across numerous sectors. Beyond his practice, he is dedicated to mentoring and training future legal professionals, thereby solidifying his impact not only in the legal industry but also within academia.
