Luthra and Luthra Law Offices adds Vikash Kukreti as partner to its TMT practice
He moved from the Big Four Consulting Firm Ernst and Young where he held the position of Director of Regulatory
Indian law firm Luthra and Luthra Law Offices has hired Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (TMT) expert Vikash Kukreti as a partner in Delhi.
A qualified company secretary since 2002, he graduated with LL.B. in 2008 from the University of Delhi. He served as director of the regulatory advisory at one of the Big Four consulting firms Ernst & Young.
Having over 20 years of experience, Kukreti has led a team of lawyers to ensure compliance, regulatory and other disputes/litigations, contracts, business and operational issues, and policy and governance implementation during his four-year stint at Telenor.
On his appointment, Rajiv Luthra, the managing partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices said, "We are extremely happy and delighted to welcome Kukreti. His extensive experience of over two decades will be extremely valuable to further bolster our TMT practice which now stands at three partners."
