Link Legal Partner Gaurav Sahay quits to join SNG & Partners as Partner in Technology practice
Erstwhile Partner at Link Legal Gaurav Sahay has joined SNG & Partners in the Technology Practice as a Partner in the firm’s Bengaluru office. He had joined Link Legal in February 2021 as a Partner.
Gaurav’s core areas of practice include Technical agreements, Mergers & Acquisitions, advising clients incorporating a wide range of legal issues including contract management, Corporate and Commercial laws, antitrust/competition law, securities compliance and regulatory, Banking and Finance, Insurance, risk management asset-backed financing, Intellectual Property, trade secrets, cloud transactions, data privacy, advertising law, Alternate, Dispute Resolution (Arbitration and Conciliation), immigration law, Environment laws, employment law, Labour matters, Contracts, registrations, Real Estate, etc.
Gaurav has over 15 years of experience in advising domestic and multinational clients on diverse areas of corporate and commercial laws across industry sectors that include GIS, downstream supply management, collaborative sales, marketing and supply chain solutions.
He has a strong focus on technology related transactions and is highly skilled in drafting technical agreements, as well as SLAs intermediary logistics, technology and IP licensing, annual maintenance and similar commercial arrangement related agreements. He also advises on contract management, risk management, cloud transactions and data privacy.

Having started his career as an Associate with the leading law firm – Hammurabi & Solomon Partners, Gaurav went on to work with reputed law firms such as Kochhar & Co and HSA Advocates. He is also the Founding Partner of Sahay & Sahay.
On his joining SNG & Partners, Gaurav commented, “Technology has been an area that has my utmost commitment and I am glad that I find true alignment with all the Partners in the firm in terms of their commitment to add to this practice.
