Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan strengthens Direct Tax and Corporate and M&A Practices With the Addition of Two New Partners
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan has appointed Jivesh Chandrayan and Sudin Sabnis as Partners.
While Jivesh has joined in the Corporate and M&A Practice, Sudin has joined in the Direct Tax Practice.
With 20 years of experience, Jivesh brings a wealth of expertise in Corporate and M&A. Having previously honed his skills while working with HSA Advocates, he possesses a deep understanding of Employment and Technology Laws and a proven track record of success in that space. He will be working alongside L Badrinarayanan, and his meticulous approach will be an invaluable asset to the Firm. His area of expertise is Corporate Law and he will be based out of the Firm’s Delhi office.
With 18+ years of experience, Sudin brings a wealth of expertise in International Tax, Tax Structuring, Litigation, etc. He has previously honed his skills working with Big4s, MNCs and Andersen in India and possesses a deep understanding of Direct Tax and International Tax and a proven track record of success in the Direct Tax and International Tax space. He will be working alongside V Lakshmikumaran. The meticulous manner in which he approaches tasks will prove to be an invaluable resource for the Firm. His area of expertise is Direct Tax and International Tax and he will be based out of the Firm’s Pune office.
