KPMG India Appoints Jasleen Oberoi As General Counsel

Jasleen Oberoi has transitioned from JCB India to KPMG India, where she will serve as General Counsel.

An alumnus of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Oberoi brings extensive experience in Commercial Arbitration, Corporate Litigation, Competition Law, IT, and General Corporate advisory practice.

She also holds specialized expertise in Economic Offences, Anti-Corruption Issues, Forensic and Internal Investigations, and external prosecutions.

Before joining KPMG India, Jasleen was Executive Vice President, Legal and Secretarial, at JCB India for over six years.

Her previous roles include positions at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Dua Associates.
