Khaitan & Co Bolsters Corporate & Commercial Team with Addition of Radhika Iyer as Partner
Radhika Iyer has recently joined Khaitan & Co, assuming the role of Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice area.
Iyer is an alumna of Government Law College, University of Mumbai, graduating in 2002. She successfully obtained her LLM degree from the University of Mumbai in 2004.
With a wealth of expertise spanning over two decades, she brings extensive experience as a corporate lawyer to her role. Specialising in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, she provides valuable counsel to clients, in addition to her wide range of corporate and commercial advisory work.
Before joining Khaitan & Co, Iyer served as a Partner at Khaitan Legal Associates for two years.
In her new role, Iyer will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of legal services provided by the firm to clients based in Pune and other clients with legal requirements in the region
Amar Sinhji, the Executive Director of Khaitan & Co, expressed great delight in welcoming Radhika to the firm.
“Her joining will help deepen & strengthen our coverage of our current & potential Pune-based clients & help further strengthen our geographical expansion in key markets,” Amar Sinhji said.
