Karan Pahwa moves to CAM as a Partner in its General Corporate Practice
India and Global Markets Counsel at Bessemer Venture Partners – Karan Pahwa is joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its General Corporate Practice and will be focusing in the private equity space. He will be currently based in Bengaluru office.
After graduating from NUJS Kolkata, Karan joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., (AMSS) at its Mumbai office in June 2005. He was with AMSS till September 2011 when he shifted to Bessemer Venture Partners, where he most recently served as the India and Global Markets Counsel.
Welcoming Karan, Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said, "I am delighted to welcome Karan on board. He is an excellent lawyer and having started his career at AMSS Mumbai, Karan is familiar with the firm's culture and client service focus.
