Kapil Chaudhary joins Junglee Games as general counsel
He was earlier a senior legal counsel at Twitter Communications India
Kapil Chaudhary has joined Junglee Games as a general counsel. With over 20 years of experience, he has held leadership positions across various companies.
Kapil has more than twenty two years' progressive experience in General Counsel leadership roles, advising on a wide-variety of issues across multiple sectors- Social Media, IT Outsourcing & IT Services, SaaS, Oil & Gas, etc.
He has significant experience in regulatory matters, including intermediary liability, safe harbor, law enforcement issues, content regulation, anti-corruption, privacy, and related compliance programs. He also has transactional expertise in SaaS and technology transactions, channels relationships, commercial deals, cloud and managed services, and flexible consumption models.
On his association with the firm, Chaudhary commented, "I am grateful and excited to share that I have started in a new position as the general counsel for Junglee Games. I look forward to working alongside the best minds in the industry to help achieve big goals and help the company scale greater heights."
A 2000 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Chaudhary has earlier worked with Star News, Schlumberger, IBM, Autodesk, and Fox Mandal. For over a year, he served as a senior legal counsel at Twitter Communications, India.
