Kanchan Sinha joins Acme Solar Holdings

She will be working from the firm's Gurgaon office

Kanchan Sinha, the former partner at L&L Partners, has joined Acme Solar Holdings as Vice-President Legal.

Sinha is a 2003 graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. With nearly 19 years of experience as a lawyer, she is experienced in general corporate, mergers and acquisition, private equity investments, joint ventures, foreign investment and other commercial law matters.

She worked with L& L Partners (formerly Luthra & Luthra Law Offices) for over eight years. Prior to that, she was with the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas for over ten years.
