Juris Prime Adds Two New Partners and Inaugrates New Branch Office in Vishakhapatnam
Juris Prime Law Services has opened a new office in Vishakhapatnam.
The Firm has also announced the joining of Satya Venkat Rao and Vivek Choudhary as Partners.
Satya Venkat Rao has joined Juris Prime as its Residential Partner for its Vishakhapatnam office which was opened on Dasara day. He has recently retired as Deputy Managing Director of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) after working extensively in the matters of Banking and Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Advisory, and litigation for 32 years. Prior to joining SIDBI, he worked as Executive Director of IFCI Ltd, one of the oldest public financial institutions.
Vivek Choudhary has joined Juris Prime Law Services as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Commercial Practice Team. He is a 2006 graduate of the National Law Institute University Bhopal. He has vast knowledge and extensive experience in advising diversified National and Multi-National Corporations, Start Up, high net worth individuals on end to end basis in respect of practice areas such as Merger and Acquisition, Project Finance, Private Equity, Foreign Direct Investments, Joint Ventures Overseeing Direct Investments, Entry Strategies, Divestments, strategic acquisitions, Asset Sale and Business Transfers, legal compliances, Contracts, etc. Vivek has represented both the buy side and sell sides during the course of his career.
During his extensive Legal career of 16 years, Vivek has worked on several complex and pioneering transactions of high value, especially in the Manufacturing sector, Pharmaceuticals, Information and Technology, Commercial real estate, Education sector, Consulting, etc.
