JSA Further Strengthens Corporate Practice With The Appointment Of Rakesh Warrier As Partner
JSA has announced the re-appointment of Rakesh Warrier as a Retained Partner to its Bengaluru office.
Rakesh Warrier has joined JSA's Bengaluru office with effect from 15th April 2024, and will be part of Tony Verghese’s team. Rakesh's expertise spans across regulatory advisory services in various industries like telecom, services (IT/ITES), life sciences, e-commerce as well as venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, M& A transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.
