Jitesh Shahani joins S&R Associates as a Partner in Mumbai
Erstwhile Partner at the firm – L&L Partners – Jitesh Shahani has joined S&R Associates as a Partner in the Firm's Mumbai office.
Jitesh Shahani's practice focuses on equity and debt capital markets transactions. He has represented issuers and investment banks on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements, international high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings and equity-linked offerings of exchangeable and convertible bonds. He also advises issuers and holders on liability management and restructuring transactions.
Jitesh has previously worked with Linklaters, Baker McKenzie and Allen & Overy in Singapore and L&L Partners in New Delhi.
Jitesh received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2005 and an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law in 2011.
