Jayesh Karandikar joins VERTICES PARTNERS
Jayesh Karandikar joins VERTICES PARTNERS as the Partner in the Corporate Practice of the Firm with a special focus to build on the Real Estate vertical.
Jayesh joins the Vertices Partners after his key role as a Legal Counsel with K. Raheja Corp for the last eight years.
At VERTICES PARTNERS, Jayesh will use his expertise to add to the Firm's offerings with a real estate practice vertical, to its client base. This expansion comes after the Firm made three key promotions to the role of Associate Partners last month as well as the addition of two new partners in 2021.
Having completed six years of operations, VERTICES PARTNERS continues to advise clients in diverse sectors including D2C, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Agri-tech, EdTech, FinTech, Media and Entertainment, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Retail, and Insurance, amongst others.
The team's expansion in the leadership closely follows the Firm's earlier announcement of the opening of its thirty-seater office in Gurugram and an upcoming move to a bigger office in Bengaluru.
Commenting on the hires and promotions, Vinayak Burman, Founder and Managing Partner, Archana Khosla Burman, and Amit Vyas, Founder Partners, VERTICES PARTNERS, said on behalf of the Partnership, "This new addition to our partnership is a step further in realizing the business vision that VERTICES PARTNERS has always had.
