J Sagar Associates hires Mathew Thomas as Partner in capital markets practice
For over a year, he served as the Vice President at AK Capital Services Limited
Mathew Thomas has joined J Sagar Associates (JSA) as a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice in Mumbai.
With over 13 years of experience, he has expertise in equity/debt offerings, REIT, rights issues, and IPOs across various sectors, including technology, finance, green energy, retail, hospitality, textiles, electronics, entertainment, real estate, and power/roads.
Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy, the Joint Managing Partners at JSA commented, "We welcome Thomas at JSA. He is a 2010 graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. Thomas has held prestigious positions at Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and Khaitan & Co. Until recently, he was working as the Vice President at AK Capital Services Limited in Mumbai.
