J Sagar Associates adds Gaurav Wahie as partner in corporate practice
He was serving at Almoayed Chambers in Bahrain as head of corporate & commercial consulting practice
Gaurav Wahie has joined J Sagar Associates as a partner in the corporate practice in Gurugram. The partnership at the firm has now expanded to 117.
Wahie advises clients across a variety of industries including global multinationals, corporates, healthcare and pharma, and FMCG on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
A 2005 graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, he earned his LL.M. in international finance from the University College, London in 2006.
Wahie is a dual-qualified lawyer (enrolled as an advocate in India and registered as a non-practicing solicitor in England & Wales), with experience in acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate commercials.
He has previously worked with Fox Mandal, Talwar Thakore & Associates, DSK Legal, Indian Law Partners, and Clasis Law in India. For the past two years, he was working with Almoayed Chambers in Bahrain as a partner.
