IndusLaw Partner, Nishant Singh is joining L&L Partners along with a team of 11 lawyers.
Singh is a 2002 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and received a scholarship from the University of Pennsylvania Law School to pursue an LL.M.
He is dually qualified to practice in India and New York (USA). He has approximately 20 years of diverse experience in equity and debt financing transactions across multiple sectors and countries.
He worked for over 5 years in the US, at top tier US law firms Perkins Coie LLP in San Francisco's Bay Area and Dewey & LeBeouf LLP in New York. He also worked at Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co.
