Flipkart's director now Bharti Enterprises Head of Corporate Legal
Dhananjay Shahi to oversee legal matters pertaining to all emerging businesses of the Group
Deputy general counsel and senior director at Flipkart, Dhananjay Shahi has joined Bharti Enterprises as Head of Corporate Legal.
He spearheaded the legal function for the mergers and acquisitions and fintech verticals in his previous appointment. Shahi has over two decades of experience across private equity, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, joint venture agreements, capital markets, insurance and aviation-related works.
Prior to that, he worked with Baring Private Equity Asia, India Credit, Religare Group, the InterGlobe Group and Trilegal.
Shahi completed his Bachelor's in Law from Delhi University and his Master's in Law from the University of San Diego, California, USA.
