FinTech Player CredAble Names Deepak THM as its New General Counsel
CredAble, a prominent player in the FinTech space, has announced the appointment of Deepak THM as its new General Counsel. In his role, Deepak will oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the company, playing a crucial role in shaping CredAble's legal strategy as it continues its ambitious global expansion in the FinTech landscape.
Deepak brings a wealth of experience, having advised some of India's largest corporate conglomerates. With over 25 years of expertise, his background spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital, across diverse sectors such as technology, financial services, FMCG, healthcare, and infrastructure. His extensive legal experience will be key as CredAble moves forward with its growth plans.
Previously, Deepak held leadership roles at top-tier law firms, serving as a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Associate Partner at DSK Legal, where he handled complex legal matters and supported strategic growth initiatives for marquee domestic and international clients.
