He was previously working as legal counsel at International Finance Corporation, a part of the World Bank Group
AP & Partners has appointed Dushyant Kumar as a Partner. He has significant transactional and advisory experience in advising both domestic and international clients in several spheres including corporate, M&A, and PE/VC.
On his joining, Senior Partner Anand Prasad commented, "I am delighted to have Kumar come on board in our partnership. He is a terrific lawyer who I have known for many years and worked with closely. His joining the firm will strengthen our corporate, finance and policy practices.”
Dushyant remarked, “I am excited to join the AP&P partnership which comprises friends and colleagues whom I have known for years. They have been able to create a transparent, collegiate, and highly effective platform since their setup in late 2019. I look forward to working with all of them and enhancing the firm’s practice that can bring immense value to the clients.”
A 2009 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kumar previously worked as legal counsel at International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank Group).
