DSK Legal Enhances Leadership With Partner And Associate Partner Promotions
DSK Legal has announced significant promotions within the firm, emphasizing its commitment to nurturing talent and fostering professional growth. Ms. Rimali Batra and Ms. Ekta Tyagi have been promoted to Partners, while Mr. Soham Mookherjee, Mr. Parinay Vasandani, and Mr. Satendra Kumar Rai have been promoted to the role of Associate Partners.
With these new elevations, DSK Legal now has 49 Partners and 11 Associate Partners, and a team of approximately 300 professionals.
Additionally, the firm has promoted nine Senior Associates to Principal Associates and twenty-four Associates to Senior Associates. This wave of promotions underscores the firm’s dedication to recognizing and rewarding merit, thereby ensuring a robust pipeline of leadership within the firm.
Managing Partner Anand Desai expressed his pride in the newly promoted Partners and Associate Partners, stating, "Our firm continues to be built on merit, with a high threshold for partnership that demands the requisite experience, dedication, and strong interpersonal skills. Rimali and Ekta have consistently exhibited these qualities. "
He further emphasized the significance of the Associate Partner role, noting for Soham, Parinay, and Satendra. "Each has demonstrated the necessary qualities to progress towards partnership, including by taking on more responsibilities."
