Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Strengthens Capital Markets Team with Gayathri Ramachandran’s Return
Gayathri Ramachandran has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Capital Markets Practice. She will be based in Bengaluru office.
Gayathri has over ten years of experience as a corporate lawyer with core expertise in capital markets practice. She has a unique blend of transactional and in-house experience. She has been part of several marquee capital market transactions and has also advised private equity clients on their exits through IPOs. Previously, she has also headed the legal team in a unicorn startup and has been the in-house legal counsel of a leading healthcare company and a family office with focus on PE investments.
Welcoming her, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said, “I am delighted that Gayathri is joining us back. She brings rich experience and knowledge that will enhance our capital markets capabilities. We welcome her back to the firm.”
