Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Announces Anirban Mohapatra's Rejoining As Partner In TMT Practice
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) is pleased to announce that Anirban Mohapatra has rejoined the firm as a Partner in its Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice. He will be based in the Mumbai office.
Anirban brings over 14 years of experience in the technology sector, advising MNCs as well as Indian clients across various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, online gaming, BFSI, telecom, and e-commerce. His extensive expertise encompasses a range of technology law aspects, such as:
- Large turnkey technology services contracts
- Structuring novel technology product and service offerings
- Intellectual property protection
- Technology transfer and collaboration agreements
- Strategic M&A in the technology space
Anirban has advised prominent companies such as Amazon, Google, Apollo, Dream11, JSW, and Tata Group on a variety of technology-related matters, further solidifying his reputation as a leading technology law expert.

Anirban originally joined Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. in 2012 before moving on to work with leading companies such as Infosys and Amazon. He graduated from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) in 2010.
On rejoining, Anirban expressed his excitement, “I am excited to rejoin Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. I am returning to the place that has shaped my professional life and where I have experienced some of the closest friendships and fondest moments.
