Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas adds Gauhar Mirza as Partner in Technology Practice
He was ranked as a ‘Future Star’ in the field of arbitration by Benchmark Litigation
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has added Gauhar Mirza as a Partner in its Technology Practice and he will be based in the firm’s Delhi-NCR office.
A 2010 graduate of the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, Gauhar has over 13 years of experience in advising and representing technology giants, leading construction companies, PSUs, automobile and other manufacturing industries and financial institutions.
Gauhar focuses on arbitration and also handles advisory and litigation for leading social media intermediaries and other tech companies. He is also on the steering and advisory committees of various arbitral institutions and law colleges.
Welcoming him on board, Cyril Shroff, the Managing Partner, commented, “As we continue to grow our technology-focused practice to meet the needs of our clients, Mirza’s addition to our partnership and his experience and expertise in technology law and commercial arbitration will enable us to better serve our clients.”
